For those who do not wanna wait three min

On last night's Colbert Report the recent news topic of counterfeit Ferraris came up. The story surfaced recently of Pontiac Fieros disguised as '80s and 90's-era Ferraris being sold off as legitimate ponies. Well, Stephen has one foolproof way to make sure you're buying the real thing. Here's the clip, and the Ferrari segment begins about three minutes in if you'd like to jump right to it:

I believe that these firms were prosecuted for infringing Ferraris copyrights / patents by copying them, but I highly doubt any idiot would mistake a kit car for the real thing? And why does the video show the Peugeot 406 based (NOT Fiero) 360 replica made in the UK, as I understand it, legitimately?

Mike, Colbert isn't a real news program. It's a comedy show. So they probably didn't take the time to sort out which fake Ferrari they used for the image.

Colbert is ha-ha funny. Stewart takes real-world events and points out the humor in them. He's clever and he's witty, but he's not ha-ha funny.
