1987 Mercedes 300 Wagon with AMG 6.0 litre twin cam motor, complete AMG car in excellent condition. I have owned this car for 13 years, originally from Canada a built for Mr Feingold I aquired the car through Renntech from Hartmuth, the car was in for a major service and Mr. Feingold decided to sell me the car after a $17000 complete service.

The exterior of the car is finished in a blue similar to Ferraris Tour de France, it has a complete AMG body kit including the 3 pc AMG wheels color keyed to the body, these wheels were recently refinished and sits on new Pirelli tires, Complete amg Mods, suspension, Exhaust, header, adj transmission, it is a real 6.0 motor and has had all services to date it runs outstanding has 44,000 kil. it has the 320 AMG speedo. The car has never sustained any damage, the paint is excellent with the acception of the front spoiler that has some minor rashing at the bottom corner, the front spoiler has air intakes for the cooling of the front brakes, it has never been tracked or abused I use the car once in a while when I need to take the kids somewhere and I need the seating for 7 it has the rear folding seat.

The interior is gray leather in excellent shape no dye work, suede dash, orthopedic driver and passenger seats, carpet not stained and door panels not cracked, and upgraded stereo with XM and I pod connection in the glove box, front and rear hidden K40 radar.

The car runs outstanding recent AC upgrade, Aligned and balanced, A real piece of AMG history, please email with any questions. AaronRuskin@aol.com

i liked it until i saw the speaker grills on the door cards. Other than THAT, it is very clean and nice. Good luck finding someone willing to pay $25k+ on it tho.

Call me biased, but I would be skeptical of giving $25k to someone writing like this ...

Agree completely. Speakers sound great firing directly into the seats! Their grilles do not match the car very well either.

He's legit and is a friend of my former boss (not that I have any stake in this, as I just found it randomly). He runs an exotic/classic car dealership in SoCal.

    Here's the website: http://www.laexoticmotorcars.com/

Apparently they have other Hammers in stock:

Then I would politely inform him that when many make a large
purchase, time and effort to make sure grammar, spelling, and general
automotive facts are correct shows an appreciation for the customer and
    prospective buyers.

You don't go to a BMW dealer and get told that the "doo-hickey" and
    "whatchamacallits" are "fast, y0!"

Sorry to be so pedantic, but there are MUCH more professional looking
pages on eBay for MUCH less worthy cars.

That being said, I would give my left nut for this car.

Oh, I'm not disagreeing with you. The spelling/grammar is not the best... Maybe I should moonlight for him as a copywriter .

How much did you expect to pay for a limited production AMG Hammer?

    Quote »
The release of the AMG Hammer sedan in 1986, based on the Mercedes-Benz W124, took AMG's performance modifications for a fast compact sedan to a new level. AMG made the world's fastest passenger sedan at the time, nicknamed the Hammer,[3] by tuning a Mercedes 5.6-liter V8 to 360 hp, and squeezing that motor into Mercedes' midsized 300-series sedan. It was very aggressive for the era with a modified Mercedes-Benz 5.6 liter engine, 32-valve cylinder heads and twin camshafts, good for 360 bhp DIN. It was said to be faster than the Lamborghini Countach from 60 to 120 mph.[4] Later models were even more powerful and introduced the 17" AMG Aero 1 Hammer wheels.

Less than 100 were built, apparently. This one happens to be US (and CA!) legal.

Apparently the Hammer was a bit faster, more raw and brutal and had less electronic nannies than the 500E.
