French automaker Citroën has announced its concept for Frankfurt, with it's new cabriolet, the C5 Airscape. The car will feature a retractible hardtop, and Citroën's "UrbanHybrid" diesel-hybrid powertrain. The transmission cuts power when the driver has their foot on the brake pedal, thus reducing emissions to almost nothing while stationary.
This concept also hints at some design cues from the redesigned C5. No word on whether that will show at Frankfurt as well.
