After Being Presented With GT-R, Toretto Agrees Spilner Has Provided Ten-Second Car - Viergang Fuchs
The advantage to buying a higher-mileage model is that you can buy the car in two payments -- the first is for the initial purchase and the second is for your mechanic's retirement fund. -PassSedanGLX
Very nice... But I still wish Saab would bring back a 2 door hatchback like the one in the background. That's the one I would take between the two pictured I know there is no chance, but it's nice to dream...
Beautiful car, aside from the Acura TL rear end. It's looks better on the Acura. Now if Honda would only drop an RDX turbo Vtec and SH awd into a TL, I would opt for the Acura in that market segment. The 9-3's are not exactly the most reliable cars.
Quite possibly my next car...with some different tails. I love that front end.

Seriously, Saab finally builds a car that enthusiasts would want....and decides "Hey, let's build 2k cars."
I bet Saab has a tough time selling 2k. Saab buyers are not performance junkies - most will look at this in the showroom and say "neat" and then go buy a regular model.

Finally? What about the Viggen?
1. The Viggen was not all that (but yes its a CL favorite because you can buy them for $11k or whatever), FWD and tons of torque steer.....looked great, but didn't appeal to me personally. This new Turbo-X does though.
2. They stopped building the Viggen how many years ago? Five?
What has Saab had since worth considering? That's what I really meant.
Ugh, that Turbo badge looks like it'd need q-tips to clean wax around it. I'd take it off.
That would be appropriate, since the '85 "black" SPG had only a Saab badge on the rear, no 900 or turbo badging anywhere on the car. Well, except for a "900" embossed on the glove box door.
