What we have here is just another Audi R8 taking laps around the Nürburgring, except there's something different about this one. Notice the two slats in the lower grills compared to the current R8's three. And the side intakes seem to be a little deeper than the current R8's.
Does this mean that this is the V10 R8? Because this car looks to be almost production-ready, which means we may see it soon, and it may not go the way of the V12 TDI.
It's not on fire, that's definitely a step in the right direction!

Knowing him it's prolly some VWMS part that doesn't exsist any more. You can't get it. And just feel lucky you even saw it. -Cabe07 Ah VTEC. All the lag, none of the turbo. It's like waiting for bad sex.

1. First off, you drive a Fit....you opinion on anything car related now does not count.
I have mixed feelings about the R8s. The standard R8 is a stunning car to look at, but the performance numbers aren't flooring, and the petrol motor doesn't do Audi's race-proven diesel tech know-how justice. The V-12 TDI has a lot to admire--solid numbers with the mileage of a V-6 Camry. But the performance numbers there aren't impressive enough to justify the project $400,000-$500,000 price tag. The numbers printed in Winding Road were well behind the likes of lower-end exotics like the Corvette Z06 and 997 GT3.
This one burnt down a while back... (notice the wider side scoop and new sideskirts)
"From the heavy rumble of a stormy night, through the trumpeting of mighty elephants, to the roar of a raging lion, the SuperVeloce performs the grand opera for 12 cylinders, 48 valves, and 8000 revs!"
For the most part. If memory serves, it's also the cucumber capital of Japan. Hence the home-market ads for the FT-86 featuring Takeichi-kun, the cartoon cucumber whose meteoric rise through the underground drift world has shamed him in the eyes of his school-master.
the side inlets don't appear wider/deeper/longer/anything-er....I think that is just black paint w/shadow playing tricks on our eyes
