I'm guessing this will be the next M, due out next fall/winter.
Press Release: OLLE, Switzerland (February 17 2009) - Infiniti will show visitors to the 2009 International Geneva Motor Show the essence of its brand in one dramatic concept car. A celebration of Infiniti and its 20 years history as a creator of performance cars, the powerful concept will also be an inspiring exploration into the brand's future. Produced in collaboration with Louis Vuitton, the Infiniti Essence will be revealed on March 3, 2009.

Am I the only one getting tired of auto show teasers?
The worst was the Mustang teasers... considering the new one isn't *that* different than the outgoing model.
Your car does not have soul, you just have a pitiful selection of adjectives in your vocabulary. -... .- -. - .- -... ..- .-.. .- I post useless garbage at http://twitter.com/salynch

Stop reading car-related blogs and car magazines during autoshow season. Problem fixed!

There are plenty of existing technologies that produce emissions free electricity. There isn't one single technology in the world that produces emissions free gasoline.

Didn't we have this teaser before where Infinit just revealed vaguely some lines of their new model? I believed it was the EX but I could be wrong, and then everybody started spoofing it by drawing random lines while proclaiming it as the next Infiniti.

I'm guessing not... I think it is the long rumored "4 door" GT-R. Think of it as Infiniti's answer to Mercedes CLS. The M will probably continue to be a rebadged Nissan Fuga. I mean both will be about the same size and on the same FM platform but one will be a "coupe" and the other (M) will be a sedan.

I've been assured many, many times now that there will be no four-door GT-R from Infiniti. If that's what this is, I'll be losing a BFF or two.
Infiniti will show a two-door coupé concept at the Geneva motor show in two weeks that, the company says, is “an exploration into the brand’s future".
The car, which is called Essence, is not the rumoured new small Infiniti but rather a large coupe that could be positioned above the G37 as a flagship performance car.
From this pic it kinda of has a Porsche 911ish look to it. Well we shall soon find out

All fellow members of the Roman senate hear me. Shall we continue to build palace after palace for the rich? Or shall we aspire to a more noble purpose and build decent housing for the poor? How does the senate vote?
The Renault-Nissan situation is more of a strategic/financial partnership than anything else. Nissan still operates as its own company and doesn't need Renault's approval for anything.

And FWIW, Nissan owns 15% of Renault.
Exactly... like just because McDonalds buys a majority of Chipotle Mexican Grill doesn't mean they are going to start making a Chicken nugget burrito.
How about we try something new on TCL.....um let's wait for the whole picture to surface.
