i have always loved the magnas. i'm a sucker for the sound of those honda V4's. then again, i'm just kind of a sucker for unique engine configurations.
Stored one for a buddy for a while and rode it every now and then, fun bike.
Not new to to V-fours as my first real street bike was an 83' Interceptor. Current stable includes a 99' Interceptor. Gear driven timing for a really unique sounding bike!!!
What year Magna has the solid rear wheel? Mah' favorite.
Magna is a good looking bike, especially with the Corbin seats. Someone at my work has one that's a later year in red. I drool at it every time I park next to it.
That's not a low post count, my meter just rolled over.
Not to sound ignorant, but im assuming a V4 is simply a twin plus 2 more chambers? If its what Im thinking, for another sweet engine from honda.
its soo much more than that. I always impress harley guys around my town, and I can keep up with the big 1300 twins and no one believes that my bike is a 750 after they hear my bike with the jardine drags.
So beastly.
But I do want to pick up a 919 in the near future.
the first bike i bought was a 82 V45 Magna. I like the power, but being a tall guy is isnt a very comfortable bike to ride. I got the bike for a good price and fixed it up, now I want to sell it to fund my new CB750F project.
